No. Private coaching is educational and supportive and does not replace medical care. Please direct medical questions to your qualified healthcare provider.
When should I begin coaching?
You can begin when you feel ready to explore your birth preferences and prepare your questions. Ask about timing during your initial inquiry.
What happens after I apply?
The next steps are choosing your support, completing your private intake, and meeting with Ashley-Nicole to create your plan.
Can my partner attend?
